HED, Inc. Launches Telematics Product Demonstration Kit

Hartford, WI – HED, Inc. (Hydro Electronic Devices) a leading designer and manufacturer of vehicle controls and monitoring solutions for mobile equipment announced the launch of their CANect Telematics Demonstration Kit with dual-purpose; a stand-alone benchtop demo or as a prototype that can be connected and tested directly on OEM vehicles. The kit is offered complete with all hardware connections and antenna, software, 6 months of services (back-end office & cell), and a step-by-step guide to train users how CANect Telematics can differentiate the OEM offering.


“The CANect Demo Kit allows our OEM Customer to experience the entire CANect Telematics product portfolio from a desk with a pre-installed vehicle simulation demo rather than going through the process of implementing a full application up front.” Said Chad Repp, CANect Business Development Manager. “If our OEM customer likes what they see, the Demo kit can then quickly be adapted for on-vehicle prototyping.
