Employees of HED, Inc. have once again helped us to be recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in SE Wisconsin. For 2013, HED came in at #12 in the small workplaces category (fewer than 150 employees) in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces Survey.
This award is based on results from a confidential employee survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, Inc., working in conjunction with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The survey allows employees to rate their company in a variety of areas including employee engagement and satisfaction, work environment, management strength and leadership, benefits and pay, as well as overall company strategy and growth potential.
